1) Eyebrow Threading

Eyebrow threading is an ancient hair-removal technique, practiced for centuries. It is the best alternative to waxing and tweezing, especially for sensitive skin. Unlike waxing, threading does not remove a layer of skin, which can leave the skin on your face susceptible to sun damage. By far the least invasive method of facial hair removal, this method creates a graceful brow with clean, well-defined edges that frame the eye.

Here at Beauty Bar, a threading expert takes a thin cotton thread and twists it into a double strand, which then is swept along the skin. With rhythmic – almost hypnotic – movement, the unwanted hairs are secured in the thread and lifted from the follicle with precision and finesse.

2) Waxing

Waxing is a hair removal method which is semi-permanent in nature and removes the hair from the root. It will take around two to eight weeks for new hair to grow back; however, in some individuals, there is re-growth in a week. Almost all the areas of the body can be waxed such as eyebrows, face, legs, arms, back, abdomen, bikini area and feet. There are different types of waxing for removing unwanted hair.

We offer Waxing service, which is performed by a trained esthetician. Strip waxing (soft) is done by spreading a wax combination in a thin layer over the skin. A paper strip or cloth is then applied and pressed on the wax layer, then ripped off in the opposite direction of hair growth using quick movement. Hair is removed along with the wax.

Strip- less wax (as opposed to strip wax), also referred to as hard wax, is applied somewhat thickly and with no cloth or paper strips. The wax then hardens when it cools, thus allowing the easy removal by a therapist without the aid of cloths. This waxing method is very beneficial to people who have sensitive skin.

3) Eyelashes Extension

5) Henna And Makeup

Hina is the application of henna as a temporary form of skin decoration, most popular in South Asia, the Middle East and North America. It is typically employed for celebrations and special occasions, particularly weddings. Henna designs are usually drawn on the hands and feet. The leaves of the henna plant contain a red-orange dye molecule, lawsone, which has an affinity for bonding with protein, and has been used to dye skin, hair, fingernails, leather, silk, and wool. Henna leaves are usually dried and ground into a powder, which is mixed into a paste and applied using a variety of techniques. The henna pasted is usually left on the skin for eight hours; after it is removed, the pattern continues to darken for approximately three days.
